Work is a Thing You Do, Not a Place You Go

In the video below, Delyth Harris, Cisco Head of Borderless Networks Marketing, Europe, talks about creating a more borderless user experience where work is a thing you do and not a place you go.

Delyth Harris summarises the key findings from our latest global report – The Cisco Connected World Report.  The video also reveals interesting European statistics around flexible working, productivity and IT policies.

The way in which employees are working has evolved and they want to be enabled to access networks, applications, and information anywhere, anytime, and using any device to connect and communicate in a more borderless manner.  They believe this is part of life and the future direction of workplace productivity.  The growing trend around using iPhones, iPads etc as work devices has helped to fuel this shift.  As more workers rely on more devices to stay connected, communicate, and mange their lives, corporate IT policies are going to be forced into the spotlight.

Please watch the video below for more information and European statistics.
