Basically – a social media / online community that opens up communication amongst physical neighbourhoods through local community issues or conversations (e.g. planning street parties around the royal wedding etc.). Just an interesting development really.

I know more than half of them by sight and a couple of dozen by name, thanks mostly to a neighbour who organised a street group photo and individual household portraits for a community project a couple of years ago. Lovely idea.
